Critical Issue

Description

The Intel® Stratix® 10 L/H-Tile PCI Express* IPs do not support Separate Refclk Clock with Independent Spread Spectrum Clocking architecture (SRIS), Separate Refclk without Spread Spectrum Clocking or Common Reference Clock with Spread Spectrum Clocking architecture are supported by default.
