To which supply voltage should the MSEL0, MSEL1, and nSP pins be tied if VCCIO is tied to 3.3 V?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Because the transistor threshold voltage level is 2.4 V, the MSEL0, MSEL1, and nSP pins can be connected to either a 3.3-V or 5.0-V supply. However, the devices power consumption will differ slightly depending on the voltage level connected to the pins because a transistor with its gate connected to 3.3 V and its source connected to 5.0 V will not be completely in the cut-off region.
