Critical Issue

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.2, when you Launch Nios® II Software Build Tools for Eclipse GUI via the Windows program menu, you may fail to create APP and BSP projects for the Nios® II processor.

See reported errors below:

Failed to execute: wsl ./create-this-app –no-make

Failed to execute: wsl ./create-this-bsp --cpu-name nios2_gen2_0 --no-make

Resolution

To work around this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.2, please launch Nios® II Software Build Tools for Eclipse via Nios® II Command Shell.
