Intel® Arc™ Pro B70 Graphics - DisplayPort Issues with UHBR13.5 on Ubuntu

The issue manifests as no image being displayed on the affected DisplayPort when using a DP2.1 cable on the third slot from top to bottom. The system configuration includes Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Kernel 7.0.0.6, MESA 26.0, and the xe driver. The display device has to have a DP2.1 port.
Tests with DP1.4 cables did not reproduce the issue, indicating a potential compatibility or configuration problem specific to DP2.1 connections on the specified DisplayPort.
