Intel Arc Pro B-Series showing less VRAM on Intel Graphics Software

Content Type: Troubleshooting   |   Article ID: 000102907   |   Last Reviewed: 06/08/2026

Environment

Operating System

Windows 11* Family
Reported configuration includes: B70, IGS, ECC enabled by default. Tested environment: various systems with B70 and IGS

Description

The system is reporting 28 GB instead of the 32 GB, which is the expected VRAM capacity. This issue is related to the configuration of the graphics settings

Resolution

Disable ECC (Error correcting code) from IGS under the 'Graphics' option to resolve the issue. ECC reduces the total VRAM for stability, and disabling it will display the correct 32GB VRAM. This setting is persistent across systems.
