Intel Graphics Software Version 26.14.2306.2: Constantly displays the following "Failed to Open Metrics Overlay" Notification

A notification pops-up saying Failed To Open Metric Overlay. The metrics overlay failed to open because the overlay service is not running. Please try restarting the service or rebooting your system.
This issue is not seen with version 26.18.2353.2 of Intel Graphics Software. Please download and install driver 32.0.101.8860 for Intel® Arc Graphics or driver 32.0.101.7088 for Intel® 11th – 14th Gen Processor Graphics, depending on your system configuration.
