The game SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake exhibits a severe and consistent performance stutter whenever Red Tikis explode on screen.
Under DirectX 11 at 2K resolution with VSync enabled (or without) and a 120 FPS cap, the frame rate falls from the cap down into the low‑80 FPS range.
Our testing shows that the FPS drop in the specified scene is not specific to Intel Arc B390, or any other Intel graphical devices.
Under identical conditions (same game build, scene, path, graphics settings, DX11, 2K resolution, VSync on, 120 FPS cap), we reproduced the same drop from 120 FPS into the low‑80s on a system equipped with a higher‑tier Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 mobile GPU.
This indicates the behavior is likely related to game engine and/or CPU/API limitations in that area, rather than an issue unique to Intel hardware/drivers.
