Intel no longer provides any kind of support for Intel® Smart Connect Technology. If you have Intel® Smart Connect Technology on any system, please uninstall/remove it. It was published during Windows* 7 or Windows* 8/8.1.
You could find it in the system tray and can be invoked by right clicking the icon:
