Helldivers 2 Crashes on Launch After Latest Intel Arc Graphics Driver Update

After updating to the latest Intel® Arc™ graphics driver (version 32.0.101.8801 or newer), Helldivers 2 crashes immediately when I try to launch it. The game was working fine before the update.
Please update to the most recent version of the graphics driver.
