Last Updated: October 25, 2025

The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) herein govern your participation in Intel’s Rapid Replacement Service (“Service”). By requesting, purchasing, or using the Rapid Replacement Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may choose not to use the Service.

  1. Service Description

The Intel® Rapid Replacement Service allows eligible customers to receive a replacement Intel® product (“Replacement Product”) before Intel receives the defective product (“Returned Product”). This Service is designed to minimize downtime by expediting replacement shipments.

  2. Eligibility and Availability
The Service is available only for Intel® boxed retail products covered under Intel’s limited warranty and supported within eligible countries. Customers must provide valid billing and shipping information within the same country. Intel reserves the right to refuse or limit the Service based on product type, warranty status, regional restrictions, or past Service history. For details on identifying boxed versus OEM processors, refer to the Intel® Support Article.

  3. Customer Responsibilities
By using this Service, the Customer agrees to:
    • Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
    • Maintain a valid credit card or payment method for any applicable charges.
    • Return the defective product within 30 calendar days of receiving the Replacement Product using the Intel-supplied prepaid return label.
    • Ensure that the product returned is the same unit for which the replacement was issued.

Failure to return the defective product within 30 days may result in permanent charges to your credit card.

  4. Replacement Shipment and Return Requirements
    • Intel will ship a Replacement Product of equal or better functionality within approximately 48 hours after Service request approval.
    • A prepaid return label will be provided for the defective product (“Returned Product”).
    • Return shipments must include the following information on the outer box:
      • Customer Name
      • Return Address
      • RMA Number

Intel recommends retaining the carrier tracking number for your records.

Participation in the Rapid Replacement Service requires payment of a non-refundable service fee. The service fee amount and any applicable taxes depend on the product type, warranty status, and region, and will be disclosed to the Customer at the time of request or purchase. Intel will temporarily charge the Customer’s valid credit card for the current market value of the Replacement Product plus the applicable

Upon Intel’s receipt and verification of the Returned Product within 30 days, Intel will refund the Replacement Product value (excluding the service fee) to the same payment method. If Intel does not receive the Returned Product within 30 days, or if the product is found ineligible under Section 6, the temporary charge becomes final and non-refundable.

  6. Product Eligibility and Verification
For processor returns, Intel will inspect the Returned Product to verify eligibility. Refunds will not be issued if the returned processor is identified as: a counterfeit processor, an OEM Tray processor, or an engineering sample. If an OEM Tray processor or engineering sample is returned, it will be sent back to the Customer without refund. For details on identifying boxed versus OEM processors, refer to the Intel® Support Article.

  7. Title and Risk of Loss
