Why Some of My Intel® Retail Edge Program Reward Functions Are Missing

Description

RSPs in Canada reported that the Intel® Retail Edge Store is no longer visible in their accounts. They are unable to access the store or redeem items as they normally would.

Resolution

  • Effective immediately, prizing within the Intel® Retail Edge Program – Canada, including the Rewards Store, Raffles, Drawings, and Promotions, is unavailable.
  • Auctions and Instant Wins will remain active until the end of their current periods, including the December Auction.
  • Remaining chips can be used during the current Auction period to redeem items of interest and potentially win Instant Win rewards.
