Intel® Core™ 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processor Vmin Shift Instability Issue – Latest Information

Intel is aware of reports regarding Vmin Shift Instability affecting some Intel® Core™ 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors and has identified the root cause.

Intel recommends that users adhere to the relevant Intel Default Settings in BIOS and ensure that their systems are running the latest BIOS version containing Microcode 0x12F or later.

Intel has extended warranty coverage by two years for eligible processors affected by the Vmin Shift Instability issue, providing coverage for up to five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
