Description

I am encountering crashes in games like Battlefield 6, occurring during launch, gameplay, or graphics setting changes while using Intel® Arc™ B580 Graphics.

Resolution

Download the latest version of the Display Driver Uninstallation Utility
1. Visit Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to download the latest version of this utility
Install and Run the DDU utility
1. Refer to How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a Graphics Driver) for more details on how to run. This utility is able to clean gpu driver software from your system so that you can do the following steps with a clean install
Reboot System
Download and Install the Latest Graphics Driver:
1. Visit Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* to download the latest graphics driver.
Reboot System

If possible, test with the Integrated Graphics by removing the Discrete Graphics card to isolate the cause of the issue.
