Announcement: Customer Support Services for Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) Has Transitioned to Graid Technology Inc.

Graid Technology Inc. and Intel have signed an agreement to license Intel® VROC intellectual property. Graid Technology Inc. will assume ownership of all operational assets necessary to maintain continued operations, including customer support, and sales functions.

• Starting on November 1st, 2025, Intel will stop receiving new Intel® VROC-related inquiries through the regular support channels. Self-help content published in the Intel website will remain available until November 17th, 2025.
• Starting on November 17th, 2025, Graid Technology Inc. will fulfill support needs for all existing and future Intel® VROC customers. Customers looking for support can submit a request via Graid Technology Customer Support for Intel® VROC.
