Intel® Arc™ B580 GPU Stuck in Recovery Mode After BIOS Update

After installing the Intel® Arc™ B580, the GPU worked normally, but following a BIOS update, it now shows in Recovery Mode even though Device Manager reports it as working properly. This issue occurs only during normal startup, not in Safe Mode.
