How To Request A Call Back From Intel Support

If you need assistance with an Intel product and support representatives are not available, you can ask for a call back by following these steps:

 

  • Sign in to the Intel Service Center.
  • Select 'Create a Support Ticket' and enter the required product details.
  • In the issue description, specify that you would like an Intel support representative to call you.

 

An Intel support representative will typically respond within one business day to follow up on your request.
