Environment

Intel Core Ultra Series 2 Processors and later

Starting with Intel® Graphics Software (IGS) version 25.26.1602.2 and Intel Graphics Driver version 32.0.101.6974, a new setting "Shared GPU Memory Override" was introduced to IGS. This setting is exclusive to integrated GPUs and allows the user to set the percentage of the system RAM to be used GPU memory (VRAM).

The default value is 57% and the maximum system RAM that can be set to be used as VRAM depends on the size of the system RAM (the higher the total system RAM, the higher the maximum percentage that can be set).

Once you set the memory limit and restart your system, the changes to the GPU memory will take effect.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

CPU Requirement: Intel Core Ultra Processors Series 2 or later

System Memory: At least 10GB

Note Enabling this feature may affect system performance. We recommend testing your system thoroughly to make sure it is not negatively impacted.
