Encountered an Error: "The email address is from a restricted domain" While Attempting To Log In

Description

I am unable to log in to the Software Advantage Program because my email domain is restricted, which prevents the use of single-use passwords, as indicated in the error message.

Resolution

If the error persists, submit a screenshot of the error message, along with the email address used for login and the URL of the website you are attempting to access, to Intel Customer Support for assistance.

Note that the resolution process may take 2 to 3 business days or longer, depending on the complexity of the investigation.

For user's account associated with Software Advantage Program

If you are attempting to redeem a gaming code through the Software Advantage Program, complete the steps below so the Intel Customer Support team can address it concurrently while resolving the login issue on your account:

  1. To expedite resolution of your gaming bundle issue, please submit a new ticket to Intel Gaming Agency Support as soon as possible.
  2. To create a ticket, click the Support button located at the upper-right corner of the Software Advantage Program page and fill in your information.
  3. Be sure to include your Intel Customer Support service ticket reference number and inform the Gaming Agency team that you are currently experiencing a login issue being handled by Intel Customer Support that is preventing you from redeeming your codes.
