Poor Graphics Performance in Steel Division 2* on Intel® Arc™B-Series Graphics

When playing Steel Division 2 on Intel® Arc™ B580 GPU the performance is bad. Getting an average of 19 FPS when played at 1440p, and at mid-quality presets. In comparison RTX 4060 averages 174 FPS with the same settings.
