By following these steps, you should be able to address the error message and ensure your system is running the most up-to-date graphics software.

First try and just update the Intel Graphics Softare

  1. Download the latest version of the Display Driver Uninstallation Utility
    1. Visit Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to download the latest version of this utility
  2. Install and Run the DDU utility
    1. Refer to How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a Graphics Driver) for more details on how to run. This utility is able to clean gpu driver software from your system so that you can do the following steps with a clean install
  3. Reboot System
  4. Download the Latest Graphics Driver:
    1. Visit Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* to download the latest graphics driver.
  5. Reboot System
