Rome: Total War* Won't Load on Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics

When loading up Rome: Total War* or Rome: Total War Barbarian Invasion*, the game is stuck at the loading screen and never boots to menu.
The issue has been resolved as of graphics driver 32.0.101.8132. Update to this graphics driver version or later.
