Intel® Graphics Software (IGS) Performance Metrics Showing N/A for 11th Generation Processors Integrated Graphics

11th gen (TGL) integrated graphics.

Description

All the Performance Metrics tiles in the Performance Tab of Intel Graphics Software display 'N/A'. 

Resolution

A fix for this issue was introduced on Intel Graphics Software version 25.36.1853.2.
Since the 11th to 14th generation processor graphics drivers are transitioning to a legacy support model, you will need to uninstall your currently installed version and get the new one from the Microsoft Store. 

  1. Go to Add or remove programs
  2. Look for Intel Graphics Software and uninstall it. 
  3. Open Microsoft Store 
  4. Look for Intel Graphics Software and install it. 
  5. Verify that the installed version is 25.36.1853.2 or newer (higher numbers indicate a newer version).
