B580 lower performance in OpenGL app CasparCG Server

B580 lower performance vs 4060 in OGL app CasparCG Server. On B580 card being utilized on 100% while streaming 1 regular 4K video resulting in higher latencies and frame drops. On Nvidia 4060 utilization is much lower and no frame drops.
