OBS* Shows Media Encoder Overload Error with Intel® Arc™ B-Series 580

Unlike Intel® Arc™ A-Series cards, whenever a stream is attempted, the GPU load increases to 100% when the card is used solely for streaming, regardless of the bitrate, speed, or quality settings.
This issue is not seen with driver 32.0.101.8136. Please download and install this or a newer driver.
