A Dx12 error 0x887a0006 pops up when booting up Assassin's Creed Shadows on Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics or i5-1135G7 laptops.

1. Uninstall the graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
2. Install the latest graphics driver from your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

If the issue persists, verify if your system meets the minimum or recommended game's requirements. The i5-1135G7 is a mobile processor and does not support overclocking, which may be particularly important for GPU performance. While the game may install and run, you could experience instability and suboptimal performance.
