Description

When playing through Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth*, an error message will appear "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" and close out the application.

The following workaround may resolve the issue, which involves clearing certain caches. Please follow these steps:

To remove the in-game shader cache, execute the following command:
del /Q "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\*.ushaderprecache"
Additionally, clear the DirectX cache and Intel Shader Cache:
del /Q %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Intel\ShaderCache\*.*
