Intel® QuickSync (QSV) Isn't Working as Expected on Intel® Arc™ Graphics

When using QuickSync(QSV) on Intel® Arc™ Graphics, it crashes when trying to use the tool after typical PC usage; it only works when the system has just booted up.
A fix for this issue was included in driver 32.0.101.6632. Download and install this or a newer driver.
