Intel® Arc™ B580 Limited Edition Cooling Fan Curve 0-RPM Mode Doesn't Work

I set up a custom fan curve in the intel Graphics Software but the zero-RPM section did not work as intended. Instead of staying at a full-stop, the fans were spinning intermittently.
A fix for this issue was included in driver 32.0.101.8331. Please download and install this or a newer driver.
