Resolution

Intel is retiring the Cloud.U site with all its corresponding courses and curriculum on December 27, 2024, and all content will be moved to Intel® Partner University.

We understand the immense value you have placed on this content, and we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition of these skills training to competency coursework at Intel Partner University. This means you can continue to access our comprehensive technology training portfolio through Intel® Partner University.

Individuals who have started a competency in Cloud.U but have not completed it by December 26, 2024, will be able to finish the required training in Intel® Partner University. We are working to migrate their records from Cloud.U to Intel Partner University so they will not need to retake any previously completed courses. However, if a course was started in Cloud.U but not completed, that course will need to be restarted in Intel Partner University and completed there.

What should I do if I cannot complete my Cloud.U Certification by December 27, 2024? If you have not completed the required courses and labs by December 26, 2024, you will not be able to take the exam. We strongly encourage you to complete the needed training and labs, as the information is still valid and useful even after the program has been discontinued.

You can finish the competency curriculum on Intel Partner University after the Cloud.U program sunsets. Your training history will be migrated from Cloud.U to Intel Partner University so you won’t have to retake any courses previously completed. If you have started but have not completed a course, you will need to start the course over at Intel Partner University. It may take up to two weeks for the data migration to show.

Will my current Cloud.U certifications remain valid after the program ends? Yes, your current Cloud.U certifications will remain valid, but no new certifications will be issued after the program ends.
Can I transfer my progress from Cloud.U to Intel Partner University?

Yes, for competencies except for Technical Pro for Intel® Gaudi AI Accelerators, your completed courses will be applied from Cloud.U to Intel Partner University so you can continue your learning journey on Intel Partner University with similar competencies. You will need to enroll in the specific competency in Intel Partner University to have the Cloud.U course from the comparable Cloud.U completions applied.
