Intel® Processor Identification Utility currently does not offer support for 11th Generation Intel® Core™ and older processors, as well as Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 2). This support will be available in the next release of the utility. In the meanwhile, users may choose to obtain processor information in alternative ways.
PROCESSOR FREQUENCY DETAILS
Processor Frequency information includes CPU speed, cores, threads (Logical processors) and L3 cache memory. This can be found in Windows* Task Manager in the Performance tab (see example image below).
CPU TECHNOLOGIES
CPU Technologies for a specific processor can be found on the Product Specifications under Advanced Technologies. For more detail visit Where to Check for Supported Technologies for Intel® Processors.
CPUID DATA
For CPUID, please refer to option #2 in How to Get CPUID Information for a System with Intel® Processor.
