How to Disable Spread Spectrum Clocking (SSC) on the Intel® Server M50FCP Family.

When debugging a PCIe CEM card on an M50FCP server, the use of a protocol analyzer often requires disabling SSC (Spread Spectrum Clocking). SSC can introduce slight variations in the clock signal, which might interfere with precise protocol analysis.
SSC is disabled by design in the M50FCP hardware. The hardware architecture does not support SSC, so no further action is needed to disable it.
