  • Memory: 192 GB, Up to DDR5 6400 MT/s two channels.
  • Graphics: only 285K, 265K and 245K processors have Intel® Graphics, with 300 MHz and 8 GPU Peak TOPS (Int8) and 4 Xe-cores. Output: DP2.1 UHBR20 | HDM2.1 FRL 12GHz | eDP1.4b.
  • NPU (Neural Processing Unit): Intel® AI Boost with 13 NPU Peak TOPS (Int8)
  • AI Software Frameworks Supported by CPU: OpenVINO™ | WindowsML | DirectML | ONNX RT | WebNN
  • Compatibility: Intel® Core™ Ultra Desktop Processors (Series 2) are not cross-compatible with older platforms.
  • Socket: LGA 1851 with Intel® 800 Series Chipset.
  • Thermal solution: Processors require a thermal solution for a 125W Processor Base Power. Fan heatsinks may be used between LGA1700 and LGA1851 sockets as they are mechanically similar for thermal solution usage. However, LGA1700 and LGA1851 have different pin count and are not cross compatible with older generation of processors. LGA 1851 should only be used with Intel® Core™ Ultra Desktop Processors (Series 2). Users are required to check the power requirements of the respective processors to ensure heatsink is compatible.
  • Max Operating Temperature: 105 degrees Celsius.
