Windows update drivers don't update the card's firmware.
The Firmware Updates for Intel® Arc™ Graphics Cards are not be supported through Windows* Update. To obtain this update during your driver installation, install them through Intel Driver and Support Assistant (IDSA) or get the driver installer directly from the Download Center.
