Why the Task Manager Is Showing No Activity on Neural Processing Unit

Despite multitasking with multiple applications, the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) usage in the Task Manager remains at zero percent for a laptop with Intel® Core™ Ultra Processor.

Not all applications utilize the NPU, and the applications that utilize the NPU may not necessarily use it all the time.
