Description

Frame fluttering when watching 8K YouTube videos or play web games.

Enabling or disabling hardware acceleration in browser settings, the frame fluttering still exists.

But using other browsers, there is no similar situation.

Resolution

  1. Update to the most recent version of your graphics driver. You can find your graphics driver here.
  2. Input: chrome://flags/  in Chrome browser search bar to open Chrome Lab.
  3. Search Media Foundation for Clear and select enabled.
  4. Click Relaunch.
