Announcement: End of Interactive Support (EOIS) for Intel® Optane™ SSD 8 and 9 Series

The products from the Intel® Optane™ SSD 8 Series and the Intel® Optane™ SSD 9 Series family reached their End of Interactive Support (EOIS) on May 29, 2024 and March 15, 2024 respectively. After this date, Intel concludes providing interactive support, including technical support provided through web tickets, telephone, chat, community support forums, or email inquiries.

This notification is separate from Intel's warranties. The 5-year warranty terms from date of sale remain unchanged: Warranty for Intel® Optane™ SSDs and Intel® Optane™ Memory (Client).
