Description

After installing Twitch Studio*, Vulkan apps fail to launch when using an Intel GPU as the rendering device.

Twitch Studio doesn't even have to be running, Having it installed causes the problem. After uninstalling it, apps work as expected.

Resolution

Twitch Studio is no longer being supported by its owner, Twitch Interactive, Inc.
