Description

When playing GTA V Enhanced Edition the video card and processor don't have high utilization and the game framerate is around 37 to 38 fps.

Resolution

GTA V Enhanced Edition has a Vsync option in its graphical settings. Setting it to Half will force the game to only run on half of the refresh rate of the monitor.

For example a 75 Hz refresh rate monitor will only result to the game being capped at 37 to 38 FPS.

Change the setting to Off will remove the cap and allow the game to run on a higher FPS, determined by the Frame Limit setting.
