Announcement: End of Interactive Support (EOIS) for Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 and H20 with Solid State Storage

The products Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 with Solid State Storage and Intel® Optane™ Memory H20 with Solid State Storage reached their End of Interactive Support (EOIS) on January 17, 2024. After this date, Intel concludes providing interactive support, including technical support provided through web tickets, telephone, chat, community support forums, or email inquiries.

This notification is separate from Intel's warranties. The 5-year warranty terms from date of sale remain unchanged: Warranty for Intel® Optane™ SSDs and Intel® Optane™ Memory (Client).

For reference, these products reached their End of Life (EOL) on September 8, 2022: Announcement: End-of-Life (EOL) for Intel® Optane™ Memory Products on 12th/13th Generation Intel® Processors and Related Platforms.
