Description

Most of the game text is missing in the game's menu and subtitles.

We recommend using Vulkan API instead of DirectX 9 when running the game. To configure Vulkan through DXVK follow these instructions:

Download the latest DXVK release file ("*tar.gz") from DXVK's GitHub page. Per example https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/tag/v2.3
Unzip the file.
Navigate to the "x32" folder.
Copy the 'd3d9.dll' and 'dxgi.dll' files.
Navigate to the game installation folder. Note: Default path for Steam version should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GrandChase".
Paste the 'd3d9.dll' and 'dxgi.dll' files in the root GrandChase folder.

Run the game from Steam and now it should be running on Vulkan API.
