Unable to run Stable Diffusion text to image on GPU device with OpenVINO™

Ran Stable Diffusion text to image with OpenVINO™ on the GPU device with the image size (1024X576) and received the error message:
RuntimeError: Exception from src\inference\src\core.cpp:116:
[ GENERAL_ERROR ] [CL ext] Can not allocate nullptr for USM type.
The error is due to insufficient memory. The bigger the size of the image generated, the higher the memory usage.
Reduce the image size generated to avoid memory usage fully occupied.
