Can I Request Reinstatement of My Legend Status in Intel® Retail Edge Program?

Content Type: Product Information & Documentation   |   Article ID: 000097720   |   Last Reviewed: 06/06/2024

Description

  • RSP failed to complete all the requirements to maintain legend status. Is it possible to reinstate legend status without waiting for a year?
  • Failed to complete the monthly Legend requirements due to illness.

Resolution

Legend status will be downgraded if the requirements have not been met or maintained, and if a user fails to authenticate employment before the end of the current month.

Reinstatement is only possible the following month, provided that all other conditions are fulfilled and the employment has been re-verified.

A Legend status user will have their status downgraded if they fail to meet the Quick Poll requirements. Only after completing the 12 Quick Polls and meeting all other requirements can the status be reinstated.

The Legend status tally of the monthly requirement of 4 unique trainings differs from the tally of 80 unique trainings within the last 12 months. Users can repeat the same training in different months, yet it will only be counted once among the 80 unique trainings within the last 12 months. For instance, if a user undergoes trainings A, B, C, and D this month, it counts as 4 in the 80 unique trainings in the last 12 months. Subsequently, if the user undertakes trainings D, E, F, and G the next month, it tallies as 3, as part of the 80 unique trainings in the last 12 months. Training D has been taken twice within the last 12 months, so it is not considered unique and is only counted once.
