When a network card with X550 controller is installed on the Interposer riser CYP1URISER2KIT, in 1U M50CYP family servers, the network card will be unable to communicate with the system or the network. This issue may be caused by compatibility problems or incorrect installation. To troubleshoot, ensure the riser kit is properly seated and check for firmware updates for both the server and the network card.
