In the MyASUS app, the User Interface is showing Graphical Errors/Corruption. It looks like the screen has cracks. This can also happen in other applications.
Perform a Clean installation of your graphics drivers, using the latest graphics driver from your System Manufacturer. If it doesn't work, try this step using the latest Intel graphics driver available in the Download Center.
