Keep getting an error message No account with this specification could be found when trying to log in to the account. 

Resolution

If you encounter the issue described, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Email address used to login
  • Link to the website where the error is encountered
  • Screenshot of the website where the error is encountered (website URL should be shown)
  • Any other email addresses registered than the one used to log in at present
