The VRAM frequency of internal graphics does not reduce at idle like discrete graphics to save power.
The Internal Graphics Processing iGPU Unit does not have a dedicated memory and uses shared memory with the system's physical memory that will be allocated automatically depending on various factors.
Since the system's physical memory does not reduce frequency at idle, thus the iGPU VRAM will not reduce frequency at idle either.
