Heavy artifacting problems are observed when interacting with the game map after installing driver 31.0.101.4887.
Resolution
Update your graphics driver to the latest version 31.0.101.4953 or newer. Eliminate all the previous driver files and residues by using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
