Error: "A Required Privilege Is Not Held By the Client"

A pop-up error is showing: Files\WindowsApps\App.Up.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.5185.0_x64__8j3eq9...\ IGCCTray.exe "A required privilege is not held by the client."

Update the graphics driver. If the product is an OEM, first try the system manufacturer's graphics driver, then if the problem persists, try our Intel generic graphics driver.

If the above method did not address the problem, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Click Start and open the Settings app.
2. Go to Apps & Features and locate the Intel Graphics Command Center.
3. Click it and click Uninstall.
