Black screen while playing Total War: Rome II* on Intel® Arc™ Graphics

When playing Total War: Rome II's different campaigns, the game goes to a black screen without any visuals besides the cursor and audio.
Intel graphics driver versions 32.0.101.6127 and newer include a fix for this issue.
