Intel® Graphics Driver Installer Is Not Showing Up After Self-Extracting Process

Windows 11, 64-bit*, Windows® 10, 64-bit*

Description

When installing Intel® Graphics driver after version 31.0.101.4577, the installer will not show up after the self-extracting process.

Resolution

The issue is caused by corruption in Windows Performance Counters.

Use the below method to restore Windows Performance Counters:

  1. Press Windows + S and type CMD.
  2. Click Run as administrator.
  3. Type lodctr /r and press enter.
  4. Install the driver again.
